Medium Pumice

 I love this stuff! Great for propagation, especially smaller cuttings, mixed into a potting medium of your choice for added drainage and aeration. This pumice size is 2-7mm.

When used in propagation it reduces the risk of a cutting rotting in water or too-wet potting mix (my tendency to over water coming into play here), I also mix it in to my Aroid or Hoya mixes as they seem to like things extra gritty. I mix it with orchid bard and coco peat plus a smidge of cactus mix. This fine pumice is more suitable for larger / woodier cuttings.

Please note this batch of coarse pumice that we’ve received is much coarser thanks usual, pumice size approx. 8-10mm
