Chain of hearts (Ceropegia Woodii)

Established Chain of Hearts in a 9cm black nursery pot (photos to be uploaded soon, but feel free to email me beforehand!).

An oldie but a goodie! This plant has multiple cuttings in it. Happy in a warm and well lit position, looks great in a hanging planter or trailing off a shelf.

Water when dry.
