Fern Fibre

Loved by Aroid and Hoya lovers, I find many of hoya my cuttings root extremely quickly in this substrate, especially when given a little bit of humidity and warmth. The roots come out much stronger than if they were just water rooted and there’s less likelihood of root rot because it’s so free draining!

Mix in with bark and some cactus mix for extra aeration and to use in your regular potting mix, this medium is great as it maintains air pockets while retaining water, ideal for root growth.

As always it’s advised you research the particular environmental and watering needs of your plant to see if it is a suitable medium for them.
